Thank you Jesus for your grace and mercy on us!
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

An Agape for Easter
You may wonder what is an Agape!
Agape
An Agape or Love Feast
is a way of breaking
bread together
as the early church did,
reflected
in Acts,
with people in all sorts of settings.
You
may like to join in at home with some bread and
wine or juice.

God's grace
A pastor once sat in the vestry of his church to meet anyone who might have spiritual difficulties. One man came and the pastor asked, “What is your difficulty?” The man answered, “My difficulty is in Romans 9, where it says, ‘Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated.’” “Yes,” said the minister, “there is great difficulty in that verse. But which part of the verse is difficult for you?”
“The latter part, of course,” said the man. “I cannot understand why God should hate Esau.” The minister replied, “The verse is difficult, but my difficulty has always been with the first part of the verse. I never could understand how God could love that wily, deceitful, supplanting scoundrel, Jacob.”

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Praise the Lord for his mercy ...
While a few critics may try to read allegories of doctrinal debates into the work of Charles Dodgson (Lewis Carroll was Dodgson’s pen name), no one would accuse him of writing Christian allegory, although that rabbit hole certainly lends itself to all kinds of fun possible interpretations.
Perhaps such strangeness explains why neither literary specialists nor Christian readers pay much attention to the relationship of Dodgson’s faith to his work. Maybe they should ....another day....

Blinded by your grace

I'm blinded by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace, by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace, by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace
I'm blinded by your grace
Lord, I've been broken
Although I'm not worthy
You fixed me, I'm blinded
By your grace
You came and saved me
Lord, I've been broken
Although I'm not worthy
You fixed me, now I'm blinded
By your grace
You came and saved me
Although I'm not worthy
You fixed me, I'm blinded
By your grace
You came and saved me
Lord, I've been broken
Although I'm not worthy
You fixed me, now I'm blinded
By your grace
You came and saved me
One time for the Lord
And one time for the cause
And one round of applause
One time for Fraser T Smith on the chords
I feel we got one
I stay prayed up then I get the job done
Yeah I'm Abigail's you, but I'm God's son
But I'm up now, look at what God's done
Now I rule tour, look at what God did
Stormzy

Let us rejoice because ....
Titus 3:4
22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.
Ever felt that everything you do does not satisfy, you are looking for something more exciting, fulfilling however you've tried everything under the sun and still you feel empty and hurt. Why don't you consider Jesus?
“The Lord’s Spirit has come to me,
because he has chosen me
to tell the good news to the poor.
The Lord has sent me to announce freedom for prisoners,
to give sight to the blind, to free everyone who suffers,
and to say, ‘This is the year the Lord has chosen.’ “
Jesus closed the book, then handed it back to the man in charge and sat down. Everyone in the meeting place looked straight at Jesus. Then Jesus said to them, “What you have just heard me read has come true today.” Luke 4:16-21

Who am I ?
Right, I was on twitter, mainly to read some comments on Matthew 11:28-30. However I got distracted so it gives me great pleasure to share with you this video-clip. Powerful and to the point! Does it touch you too? Are you fed up of wanting to please others for instance? Are we defined by our successes or our failures? Let me know if you are enjoying it too!
